  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides an enhancement of    *
  *                      Image Copy function in IMS Database     *
  *                      Recovery Facility of IMS Recovery       *
  *                      Solution Pack for z/OS Version 2        *
  *                      Release 1. It enables to overwrite the  *
  *                      key label by KEYLABEL keyword which is  *
  *                      specified  UTILGBL environmental        *
  *                      statement and ADD IC command when IMS   *
  *                      HP Image Copy creates the data set      *
  *                      dynamically under IMS Database Recovery *
  *                      Facility.                               *

  This APAR provides an enhancement of Image Copy function in IMS
  Database Recovery Facility of IMS Recovery Solution Pack for
  z/OS Version 2 Release 1. It enables to overwrite the key label
