Error description

• In RPP 9.7.2, the Move - Tree feature leaves the comments
  of sub-function unchanged with the name of the function
  as it was prior to the move.
  
  Example :
  - Select function F64 in Generated Code Structure view
  - right click Move - tree
  - type 62 for new function
  - generate
  
  The whole function is now F62 but all comments for
  function/sub-function titles are still N64 instead of N62.
