Troubleshooting
Problem
Scenario 1. A user, who is not a System Administrator, is unable to select a package while creating a new report.
Scenario 2. System Administrator opens the report in Edit, copies the report specifications, and saves it in a file. A user, who is not a System Administrator, starts creating a new report, copies the report specification saved by the System Administrator. The following error message is shown:
"You do not have permission to use this report."
