Suggestions for modifying an IBM MQ JMS client application to use JNDI to do lookups for a ConnectionFactory and a Destination

Question & Answer

Question

You have an MQ Client application located in host-1 that uses JMS and connects directly into
a queue manager located in remote host-2, perhaps by passing connection parameters or by
hardcoding the connection data into the application.

Now you want to modify this application to use the JNDI, and do lookups for the
ConnectionFactory (connection information for the queue manager) and the Destination
(queue or topic).

You would like to get suggestions on how to add the handling of JNDI in your application.
