Summary

Japanese fonts are required for correct display of information in Engineering Lifecycle Management applications such as IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next (DNG) and IBM Engineering Test Management (ETM). Incorrect installation can cause garbled characters to be displayed. While other fonts and steps are possible, these sample steps are provided for convenience.
