IBM App Connect Enterprise updated time zone definitions for Mexico DST changes

From 2022, Mexico no longer observes DST. A clock change will no longer happen on Sunday 30th October 2022 and instead Mexico time zones will remain on standard time.

App Connect Enterprise v12.0.8 and v11.0.0.20 each include IANA version 2022g. This ICU TimeZone version includes updates for Mexico DST changes.

APAR IT43488 updates the ICU TimeZone version in IBM App Connect Enterprise to IANA version 2022g.
The fix for IT43488 can be made available from IBM Support, on request.

For users of IBM Integration Bus v10, contact IBM Support.
Users of IBM Integration Bus and IBM App Connect Enterprise can confirm successful APAR installation by running the command:
mqsiservice -t

Check that the output of the command shows the following information:

Users who have message flows that contain their own Java code (for example in Java Compute nodes (JCN)), or who need to correlate diagnostic output from third-party Java libraries, can run the IBM Time Zone Update Utility for Java and update their Java Runtime Environment (JRE) to a version that contains the 2022f (or later) ICU TimeZone version.
