From 2022, Mexico no longer observes DST. A clock change will no longer happen on Sunday 30th October 2022 and instead Mexico time zones will remain on standard time.
App Connect Enterprise v12.0.8 and v11.0.0.20 each include IANA version 2022g. This ICU TimeZone version includes updates for Mexico DST changes.
