JR65248: DB2 LUW LOG READER API RETURNS A DECOMPRESSION ERROR AND LOG READER STOPS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A "decompression error" with sqlcode -204 occurred when CDC was
  reading a log record from the Db2 LUW Log Reader API. Apparently
  the API had a a problem "decompressing" a log record. When this
  occurs, CDC is throwing an exception that stops the log reader
  and the subscription or subscriptions that were using that log
  reader.
  

Local fix

• Change the Replicaiton Method to "Refresh" for the tables
  getting the decompression errors
