How to manage versions of IBM Maximo Application Suite with Channel subscription

How To

Summary

When you install IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) through Operator Hub, Red Hat OpenShift uses the IBM catalog to determine what channel and version to use.
There are older versions of the catalog that are available, they are referencing a catalog image by its digest. To use the latest version of the catalog, you can use the catalog v8-amd64, which references the catalog image by a tag. That image ensures that when a new catalog is available, no update has to be done to the catalog source in your Red Hat OpenShift cluster.
