Troubleshooting
Problem
All users unable to log in and are presented with a continuous spinning web browser page within Cognos Analytics 11.
Symptom
Cognos Analytics 11 login page to WLP Dispatcher Gateway e.g. http://<atc>:9300/bi presents no login page except a login page that is continuously spinning.
All IBM Cognos services started successfully. No errors within logs and all services started with Dispatcher Ready.
Able to test Content Manager servlet State as Running e.g. http://<cm>:9300/p2pd/servlet, which uses a legacy SOAP requests to show State as Running.
Issue only when log in to Dispatcher http://<atc>:9300/bi via REST calls.
