Troubleshooting
Problem
Cognos configuration for Framework Manager saves successfully with no errors. After logging into the Framework Manager application and attempting a data source wizard or testing a query subject, an error is incurred.
QE-DEF-0368 Unable to decrypt user name and password credentials from the Content Store.
