Summary
In this document, we cover how to check inventory for a specific server from ESS site or help with trying to find information about a specific serial number.
Objective
This document assists the customer in querying and checking their SW and HW inventory, lookup information by serial number, order information, RCL, and premium expert care offerings. You can also find warranty status and find detailed information about the serial number of your question.
Steps

- At the landing page of ESS on the top, you have an option My Inventory and when you hover your mouse over the drop-down menu shows the option Inventory Explorer, select it.
- Select Advanced search, Search type - “Search by product serial”, write the serial number and type of the machine, then select the right machine from the list and click “Add & browse”.
- Select Hardware option and then CPU Configuration/Configuration. You can also check Software licenses, hardware services (warranty and additional services like Premium Expert Care, Remote Code Load etc.).
