Problem
Attempting to deploy a Virtual System Instance Pattern, the deployment does not complete and ends in ERROR state
Symptom
The following message is seen repeating in the History section of the failed Virtual System Pattern instance
"current_message": "Set deployment status as ERROR because no agent started on node S_Node.1237845908676",
