Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem was caused because RememberedSet puddle is exposed
  to other threads/CPUs before the initialization has completed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated by introducing a low-level writeBarrier
  
  that will enforce the initializaton completion, before the
  puddle is exposed to other threads thus preventing the
  assertions
  failure.
