Troubleshooting
Problem
When using IIS as web server for Cognos Analytics, navigating to the Cognos Analytics URL in the browser appends an extra /bi to the URL. For example, http://www.cognoswebsite.com/ibmcognos/bi/bi
This causes a 404 error on the browser because this is not a valid path. There should only be one /bi at the end of the URL. For example, http://www.cognoswebsite.com/ibmcognos/bi
