• RECOVERY ACTION:
  If 0C4's are continuously being taken a restart of SMSVSAM may
  relieve the situation

  * The ABEND was due to the high-order word of Reg11 used       *
  * as base register for autodata areas being non-zero.          *

Problem conclusion

• IDAVRR10 is changed to clear the high-order words of
  Regs 11 and 13 whenever it switches to run in 64-bit mode.
