  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The following Db2ZAI SQL optimization                        *
  * issues were encountered:                                     *
  * 1. Db2ZAI doesn't give enough weight                         *
  *    to elapsed time when detecting                            *
  *    access path performance regression.                       *
  * 2. Additional information regarding                          *
  *    access path performance comparisons                       *
  *    is needed.                                                *
  * 3. Additional tooltips are needed to                         *
  *    clarify the meaning of fields on                          *
  *    the user interface.                                       *
  * 4. Db2ZAI doesn't indicate when it                           *
  *    uses a model that was created on                          *
  *    another version of the package.                           *
  * 5. SQLCODE -413 issued by a query in                         *
  *    DSNML.INSERT_UI_METRICS_15.                               *
  * 6. Missing 'STOGROUP' on CREATE INDEX.                       *
  * The following Db2 authorization issue                        *
  * was reported:                                                *
  * 1. Missing privileges on the                                 *
  * DSN_ML_ALERTS_CONFIG,                                        *
  * DSN_ML_CONNECTIONS, and                                      *
  * DSN_ML_MEMBERS tables.                                       *
  * The following log issue was reported:                        *
  * 1. error.log contains logging data                           *
  * with zero values for the month.                              *

  This APAR provides fixes to the issues listed above. In
  addition, this APAR resolves issues that were discovered
  internally and adds some usability enhancements based on user
  feedback.
  The Db2ZAI SQL optimization function has been enhanced with
  various improvements to the SQL optimization dashboard,
  including:
  - New SQL optimization settings that allow greater flexibility
  in tailoring your environment.
  - An enhanced SQL optimization details page, with:
     - A new access path comparison detail section.
     - An improved access path history table, which contains
       a link to a new access path comparison detail section.
     - An improved access path performance graph that makes it
       much easier and faster to spot performance issues.
  - New sorting options for both the package list and statement
    list.
