Problem
Requirement links created on ETM test artifacts are not showing up in DNG when both ETM and DNG project areas are enabled for configurations and Global Configuration (GC) context is used. The links are visible in ETM but not on the DNG side no matter how the links are added. There is also no query seen in LDX coming from the DNG application.
