CA 11 Recovering from Cognos cryptographic key errors "CAM-CRP-1093" and "CAM-CRP-1064", when export of the current Cognos configuration is not possible.

Problem

Unable to start Cognos Analytics 11 getting errors related to Cognos cryptographic keys.
Not able to regenerate Cognos cryptographic keys due to the error when trying to export Cognos configuration.

Symptom

In Cognos Configuration getting error:

"CAM-CRP-1093 Unable to read the contents of the keystore..."

When attempting to export Cognos Configuration getting error:

"CAM-CRP-1064 Unable to process the PKCS #7 data because of an internal error..."
