Troubleshooting
Problem
The <cognos\drivers> folder includes one or more optional ORACLE JAR file that prevents Cognos Analytics from running correctly.
Symptom
The <cognos\drivers> was populated by using all the files in the ORACLE ojdbc8-full.tar.gz file.
When Cognos Analytics starts, it throws the following exception error.
