  An abend S0C7 of DP batch may occur when trying to work with
  actual end date of an operation.
  

Problem conclusion

• The abend was caused by binary zeros filling in the
  actual end time field of an operation ended in error with error
  code LOOP set by Workstation Analyzer. The fix was done
  both in the DP batch to prevent the abend and in the WSA to
  avoid setting zeros in that situation.
