Summary
Customer originally tried deploying with Kubernetes but they don't have external access to the Docker registry.
Customer has their own Local Registry system and pulled the External S-TAP Docker Container Image to an internal Registry from Docker Hub.
At this point, the only option is to manually deploy. This way the Azure registry can be used.
