PH52754 resolves the following problem:

IBM HTTP Server 8.5.5.22 and 8.5.5.23 with PH51982 installed is vulnerable to a denial of service (CVE-2023-26281 CVSS 5.9)

The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in 8.5.5.24
