Problem
Importing a deployment that contains a dashboard that references a custom palette fails with a permission error on the home folder.
CM-REQ-4111 Object "/home/8ac4fe4cd58dece61742c57c1ecbdcc6aa163059" (of class "folder") was not imported. CM-REQ-4163 The import operation was unable to add an object. CM-REQ-4012 You do not have the appropriate permissions to update or delete the object "/home" or a related object.
