Troubleshooting
Problem
When following the steps to configuration Cognos to use ThirdpartyCA on a client machine like Cognos Gateway, attempting to save the Cognos Configuration shows default message saying:
The cryptographic information cannot be encrypted. Do you want to save the configuration in plain text?
Symptom

CAM-CRP-1255 The error returned from the peer was: 'CAM-CRP-1257 CSK request failed. The remote certificate is not trusted. CAM-CRP-1072 The certificate with the DN 'CN=server.domain.com, O=IBM, C=CA' issued by the Certificate Authority with the DN 'CN=rootca, DC=domain, DC=com' is not trusted. Reason: com.ibm.jsse2.util.j: Extended key usage does not permit use for TLS client authentication ', com.cognos.crconfig.data.DataManager.generateCryptoKeys(DataManager.java:3476)com.cognos.crconfig.data.DataManager$4.run(DataManager.java:4428)com.cognos.crconfig.data.CnfgActionEngine$CnfgActionThread.run(CnfgActionEngine.java:394)
