Troubleshooting
Problem
You might see the following error when you try to use the AI Assistant in IBM Cognos Analytics versions 11.2.2, 11.2.3, 11.2.4, and Cloud Pak for Data.
This error occurs only in the following browsers:
- Google Chrome version 110.0.5481.77 and later
- Microsoft Edge version 110.0.1587.41 (Official build) (arm64) and later
- Mozilla Firefox version 110 and later
