CAM-CRP-1110 error occurs when starting Cognos Analytics or saving its configuration

Problem

Cognos Analytics fails to start or save with the error:
CAM-CRP-1110 Unable to save the contents of the keystore to ‘/<cognos-install-path>/configuration/certs/CAMKeystore’ Reason:java.security.InvalidKeyException: Illegal key size
