Summary
When you are trying to create an order in IBM Sterling Call Center for Commerce, the Item price and order total is showing as zero even though you have an active price list for the same item. Test Pricing is also working for the same item and price list.
Objective
Item Unit Price and Order Total should not show a value of zero in IBM Sterling Call Center for Commerce.

Steps
Steps for pricing configurations:
1. Go to Application Manager --> Process Modeling --> Order Fulfillment --> Right click Details --> Financial Tab
2. Check below two check boxes:
-Allow Price Calculation For Draft Orders
-Allow Price Calculation For Confirmed Orders
After, doing these pricing configurations; issue will be resolved.
