Troubleshooting
Problem
The Cognos Analytics processes BIBusTKServerMain and BmtMDProviderMain fail to start even when prerequisite libraries are installed on Linux.
Symptom
The logs show error like the following: java.io.IOException: Process BIBusTKServerMain failed to start properly.
