IT38501: BIPMQTT PROCESS FAIL TO START DUE TO BIP2063W WARNING

Error description

• bipMQTT process fail to start due to below warning
  
  BIP2063W: Process bipMQTT has failed to start in 252 successive
  attempts. The next restart attempt will occur in 300 seconds.
  
  This happens only in specific machines like Redhat Linux
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  All users of App Connect Enterprise V11.0 and V12.0

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The product by default creates a configuration file with
  bind_address set to 'localhost'. On certain operating systems
  bipMQTT process may fail to start  with following warning
  
  BIP2063W: Process bipMQTT has failed to start..
  
  The bipMQTT would start OK if an IP address is specified.
  

Problem conclusion

• Product provides an environment variable
  MQSI_MQTT_LOCAL_HOSTNAME which can be set to 127.0.0.1 to
  resolve the error.
  User needs to perform following activity :
  - Stop the Integration Node
  - Delete the configuration file that has the same name as
  Integration Node   from  $MQSI_WORKPATH/Components/<Int
  Node>/config/
  - export MQSI_MQTT_LOCAL_HOSTNAME=127.0.0.1
  - Start the Integration Node
  
  This should recreate the configuration file with  bind_address
  set to 127.0.0.1
