A fix is available for IBM Storwize V7000 Unified, for the security issue of Denial of service for accessing data using HTTP protocol.
IBM Storwize V7000 Unified supports data access using HTTP protocol. Apache HTTP Server is vulnerable to a denial of service. By sending specially-crafted partial HTTP requests, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause an outage.

The product is affected when running code releases 126.96.36.199 to 188.8.131.52 and also 184.108.40.206 and 220.127.116.11
A fix for these issues is in version 18.104.22.168 and 22.214.171.124 of IBM Storwize V7000 Unified. Customers running an affected version of IBM Storwize V7000 Unified should upgrade to 126.96.36.199 or 188.8.131.52 or a later version, so that the fix gets applied.
