SANnav Call Home Emails
Content
SANnav support call home to IBM Support, such that a problem record can be created at IBM automatically for significant error events on SAN devices being managed. Only the email method is supported.
Note: The following events do not require expedited intervention by IBM Support, and are therefore not supported for call home. Please modify your event filter(s) to exclude them:
When configuring email call home to IBM Support, please use one of the following email addresses, depending on country or region of installation:
- callhome1@de.ibm.com : USA, Canada, Latin America and Caribbean Islands
- callhome0@de.ibm.com : all other countries/regions
Follow the instructions in the SANnav user guide for email call home and specify the appropriate IBM email address or use the IBM SAN b-type Call Home basic configuration steps with SANnav
