IJ43757: WHEN TRYING TO CHANGE PASSWORD FOR NEW USER, THE CURRENT PASSWORD IS INFORMED AS BEING WRONG

Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  
  The message "BMXAA3861E - The user name or password is not the
  same used to sign in" is thrown even when password is right,
  when trying to change password of the new user.
  
  
  1. Open Maximo login page
  2. Click in Register now
  3. Fill all the required fields and click submit.
  A dialog will open:
  BMXAA3831I - Thank you! Your registration is being processed.
  You will be contacted via e-mail if we require more information
  or when your registration is complete.
  4. Click OK
  5. Login as MAXADMIN
  6. Go to Users application
  7. Search for the user just created and select it
  8. In more actions, select Workflow>Route Workflow
  9. A dialog will open, select the option "Approve the
  self-registration" and click OK.
  10. Logout and login as the user just approved.
  11. In the title bar, select the Profile config>Password
  Configuration
  12. Type your current password and tab out
  
  RESULT:
  BMXAA3861E - The user name or password is not the same used to
  sign in.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The system should accept the informed password (as it is right)
  and allow the user to set a new password
