Troubleshooting
Problem
When <cognos>\drivers includes a copy of the Amazon Athena JDBC driver 2.0.31 or higher, Cognos Analytics throws exceptions.
Symptom
As Dynamic Query is started, errors are logged in <cognos>\logs\dq_messages.log and the <cognos>\logs\ffdc folder.

Caused by: org.apache.commons.discovery.DiscoveryException: Class org.apache.logging.log4j.jcl.LogFactoryImpl does not implement org.apache.commons.logging.LogFactory
