Problem
In the following IBM Business Automation Workflow upgrade procedure (see step 24), administrator is required to run Case Management configuration tasks to complete system upgrade:
Configuration task "Configure Case Management Object Stores” is very much dependent on underlying Content Manager performance as it installs the case management add-ons for the case management design and target object stores.
Symptom
Administrator triggers the task execution and it hangs for several minutes with no response.
