IBM Cognos Command Center 10.2.4 Fixpack 1 interim fix 15 has been removed from IBM Fix Central as of December 23rd, 2022. A defect in this release has been identified that breaks connectivity between the server and agent components. Planning Analytics on premises customers that have already updated to interim fix 15 are recommended to rollback to the previous release or IBM Cognos Command Center 10.2.4 Fixpack 1 interim fix 14.
The identified defect will cause Command Center agent keystore files to be removed after installation. These keystore files are found in the ..\IBM\Cognos Command Center\Agent\config directory. Missing keystore files will cause the Command Center server to be able to connect to the Command Center agent. A defect correction will be available in the next available interim fix for IBM Cognos Command Center 10.2.4 Fixpack 1. The next interim fix will be generally available on IBM Fix Central.
The last generally available interim fix for IBM Cognos Command Center without the defect is interim fix 14.
