IJ44611: DEADLOCK ON STRIPE GROUP CLEANUP

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In GPFS backend, cleanup took the handlerListLockExclusive on
  SGPanic and at the same time, handler is trying to setup
  (setupctl) the fileset mount path by using HandlerMutex and
  this is waiting for SG cleanup.

• In GPFS backend, cleanup took the handlerListLockExclusive on
  SGPanic and at the same time, handler is trying to setup
  (setupctl) the fileset mount path by using HandlerMutex and
  this is waiting for SG cleanup.
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem is fixed in 5.1.6.1

  Benefits of the solution:
  Before acquiring handler mutex for setupctl, no need to call
  stripe group to identified the mountpath if SG cleanup is
  happening.
  
  Work Around:
  None
  
  Problem trigger:
  waiters will be seen and fileset is stuck to show progress.
  
  Symptom:
  Long waiters
