Problem conclusion

• The ejbdeploy does not use the AXIS libraries. Remove the
  unnecessary AXIS libraries that are located at
  deploytool/itp/plugins/org.apache.axis_1.4.0.v201005080400/lib
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
