Error during the install of 10.6 ISO image: "no usable disks have been found".

Problem

Building new physical 10.6 collectors and getting an error during the installation process when installing using ISO image: "no usable disks have been found".   The ISO is mounted using XCC.  The console is used to navigate to the media option to browse to and mount the ISO image.
There are (2 480GB) SSD disks available however, the installer is not finding them.
The hardware is Lenovo Thinksystem SR630 V2 7Z71

Symptom

Error during the installation process when installing using ISO image: "no usable disks have been found".
