Troubleshooting
Problem
The authentication of the XMETA user is failing during the suite installation of Information Server on Linux. The following error is received.
2022-10-05T15:24:45.128, INFO: CDIIN2753I:Command Array: /apps/ibm/is-suite/tools/ValidateUser -validate xmeta ****** env = null, workingDir =null
2022-10-05T15:24:45.135, INFO: Exit Code: 4, Info: Password is invalid.
[rc 7] PAM error description = Authentication failure
