Problem
Portal subsystem refuses to use a portal-web x509 certificate that was generated by an ACME issuer (https://cert-manager.io/docs/configuration/acme/) and contains the data
ca.crt: ""Symptom
The portal subsystem shows an error in the portal www pod, admin container like:
Cannot add the portal-web-ca to the trust store. No previous portal-web-ca exists in the trust store. Terminating container.
And if you check the portal-web secret yaml you see there is a ca.crt: "" member.
