Problem

Portal CLI tasks can get stuck in "Warning" and never complete. Affected are users running API Connect releases before and including 10.0.1.9 and 10.0.5.2.

Symptom

For example, you might start a portal restore by using the CLI and observe a warning in the status of the task by using kubectl get portalrestores:

Executing kubectl describe portalrestore ptl-restore-mkllk then shows:
