Error description

• Changes made during Extract followed by Convert processes that
  are not consistent between temporary and permanent Convert
  output files.

  * USERS AFFECTED: Optim users performing a Convert process     *
  *                 of an Extract file.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Users performing a Convert process of   *
  *                      an Extract file utilizing a Column Map  *
  *                      to assign values to the converted file  *
  *                      may find the Control File has been      *
  *                      inadvertently invalidated if rows have  *
  *                      been discarded due to the Column Map.   *
  *                      The resulting Process Report may also   *
  *                      advise the user to review the Control   *
  *                      File to check for errors encountered.   *
  *                      As the Control File may have been       *
  *                      deleted such review is impossible.      *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the fix provided.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  Due to logic errors within the Optim Convert process the final
  processing of the Control File can be incorrect leaving the file
  unusable.
