Problem

Unable to start Cognos after a silent installation

Symptom

CognosBootstrap process started but cannot start Java. Following entry detected in cogconfig.log:

[cogconfig.log]

14/11/2022,12:18:40,Info,Silent mode - Check java

14/11/2022,12:18:41,Info,Silent exit with error code: 8

Furthermore, the installation logs are completely missing. The installation script and configuration also fail:

[install_configuration.log]

Command -migrateZKConfig exit with code 0
