Problem
Getting Unable to access service at URL: https://<host>:<port>/bi/v1/disp?b_action=xts.run&m=portal/close.xts in IBM Cognos Framework Manager when opening a project after changing cipher suites in Cognos Configuration of the Cognos Analytics server and Framework Manager (FM) to exclude weak ciphers.
Cognos Analytics server starts successfully after the weak ciphers removed in the list of enabled cipher suites. Saving in Cognos Configuration is successful in FM.
The error message appears when a project is being opened and the user is expected to login into Cognos.
