Error description

• November 2022 FIXES AND PRODUCT UPDATES for IBM Unified
  Management Server. As part of this update following problems are
  fixed.
  Fix the Authentication errors while doing a Pull Request merge
  in IBM Db2 DevOps Experience.
  Fix the authentication inconsistencies across the administration
  APIs.

  As part of this update following problems are fixed.
  This will fix the Authentication errors while doing a
  Pull Request merge in IBM Db2 DevOps Experience.
  This will also fix the authentication inconsistencies a
  cross the administration APIs.This APAR fixes the issue
  that Db2 Administration dashboard cannot be selected if
  only IBM Db2 DevOps Experience and IBM IMS Administration
  Foundation are activated and IBM Db2 Administration Foundation
  is not installed or activated.This APAR will remove the r
  estriction in IBM IMS Administration Foundation, that
  an IMS data sharing group that is composed of IMS subsystems
  of mixed ACB management types cannot be registered.
