APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• It was observed that application users are getting IZPDB0011E
  error post creating the instances. The issue occurs due to the
  validation logic for retrieving files from GIT and comparing
  them with core objects which needs a fix.
   * Validation logic for retrieving files from GIT and comparing
  them with core objects needs to be fixed
   * URI is now used instead of Sub System, Qualifier, and object
  name to get the file name from core objects.
