  Problem Description
  -------------------
  The 1st line on SUMMARY reports does not contain CH1 in CC 1.
  
  Problem Summation
  -----------------
  The report in question does not contain TITLE lines and there
  is NOHEADING report option on the report statement.
  
  For SUMMARY REPORTS, IMU skips to new page (CH1) when there
  are TITLE lines and/or HEADINGS to print.
  The detail lines never skip to CH1.
  
  This is an IMU restriction.
  
  Problem Conclusion:
  -------------------
  FIRSTDTL=NATIVE/EASYT option was added to IMU to let user
  choose CH1 on the first line of each page.
  (This option is valid for SUMMARY reports only).
  
  Where:
  NATIVE  Use spacing for the 1st detail line (the old way) if
          there are no TITLE lines and NOHEADING is in effect.
  EASYT   Use CH1 for first detail line at the top of each page
          when there are no TITLE lines and NOHEADING is in
          effect.
  
  The default is FIRSTDTL=NATIVE.
  
  Note: This option applies to SUMMARY reports only. The detail
  lines logic is consistent with Easytrieve Plus.

     Add the following option to the top of Easytrieve Plus
     programs that require CH1 on the 1st line at the top of
     each page for SUMMARY reports:
  
     * EASYTRAN: FIRSTDTL=EASYT
     * END-EASYTRAN
  
     Note: do not add FIRSTDTL=EASYT to the EZPARAMS options
     tableas EZPARAMS is used as the defaults table.
