Error description

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Vmware Backups, hang with the message
  below, repeated within the Job Log.
  
  
  INFO,<timestamp> EDT,2,CTGGA2406,There are no active storage
  streams  all active vms are in initial stage or waiting for
  available streams.

Problem conclusion

• A change to add certificate validation to vCenter integration
  resulted in the "Maximum number of VM?s to process concurrently
  per ESX server" getting reset to an invalid value of 0. This can
  cause backup job to hang indefinitely. A change was made to
  prevent this from happening on future upgrades. For registered
  vCenters already affected, user can reset this value to the
  default of 3, or whatever the previous value was.
