IJ28968: PR APPROVAL IS NOT FOLLOWING PR LIMIT WHEN BUY AHEAD IS Y.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a PR BUYAHEAD field is Y, it ignores the PR Limit set in
  Security Group and PR can be approved with value higher than
  the limit.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. In Appdesigner, bring up PR application
  2. Add a textbox for BUYAHEAD attribute
  3. In Security Groups, Create a Group that has PR approval
  limit set to 500.
  4. Add a User to that group.
  5. Sign in as that user
  6. Create a PR make Buy Ahead field = Y
  7. Add Vendor and PRLINE with cost >500
  8. Change status to APPR, it works, it should not.
  9. Duplicate the PR, change Buy Ahead =N.
  10 Change Status to APPR
  you get correct message:
  BMXAA3403E - Could not change PR XXXX status to APPR.
  BMXAA3410E - Amount of order exceeds purchasing limits
  
  Results:
  PR is Approved with limit exceeded when it should not be when
  Buy Ahead is =Y
  
  Expected Result:
  BMXAA3403E - Could not change PR 1035 status to APPR.
  BMXAA3410E - Amount of order exceeds purchasing limits
