Problem
Administrators who open the IBM Certificate Management application in QRadar on Cloud can experience an issue where the application does not finish loading.
Symptom
The application appears to load continuously:
Resolving The Problem
When the Certificate Management window is opened, add origin- to the beginning of your URL to access the QRadar on Cloud Console. For example,
https://origin-console-XXXXX.qradar.ibmcloud.com
Result
The user interface in the IBM Certificate Management application loads. If the user interface displays errors or does not resolve after you add origin to the address bar for your Console, contact QRadar Support.
